SUPPORT FAQ

Before you book a session.

Do I need to make a phone call?

No. We use email and chat.

Can you help with my self-employed work computer?

Yes, if you own the Windows computer or have permission to manage it. The $59 session covers one agreed issue for up to 45 minutes. Company-managed devices need IT approval. Business servers, malware incidents, and ongoing monitoring are excluded.

What should I include in a request?

The error message, what you expected, when it started, and what you’ve tried. Add your device and Windows version if known. Leave out passwords, verification codes, and sensitive files.

Can you visit my home or repair hardware?

I offer quoted visits in the Las Vegas area. Hardware repair, data recovery, password bypasses, and incident response are excluded.

Does the 24-hour response mean the issue will be fixed that day?

No. It’s the first email reply, not the session time. Evening and weekend sessions depend on availability. I don’t offer emergency or 24/7 support.

How do you connect to my computer?

I send ScreenConnect instructions after we agree on the work and time. Your computer must start and get online. You approve access and stay at the computer. Ask me to stop at any time; I end the connection when we finish. Ongoing unattended access isn’t included.

You enter your own passwords and verification codes. Don’t send them to me. Close unrelated private documents before sharing your screen.

What if the problem can’t be fixed in the session?

The $59 fee covers up to 45 minutes on one computer and one agreed issue. You get a summary and next steps even if the issue isn’t resolved. A fix isn’t guaranteed. Some problems need a vendor, hardware repair, or more investigation. Extra paid work needs a separate agreement.

When do I pay, and what are the cancellation terms?

After we agree on the work and time, I send the cancellation/refund terms and a PayPal invoice. Review the terms and pay before the session.

Do you support Henderson and North Las Vegas?

Yes, for remote help. Send your neighborhood or ZIP code to check on-site coverage.

Send the error message and what changed.

I’ll check whether I can take on the issue before you pay.
